No half measures in trail building! The helicopter is doing stone and rock drops to the more remote areas of the trail network. This sounds extreme but to reduce the impact on the environment rather than plough in with a dumper the stone can be set were its needed. Just an idea of the lengths this project is going to to have as little impact to the surrounding environment as possible.

This is going to be an amazing place to ride when it's finished.

awesome! I'm definitely gearing up to buy a MTB. It may be on layaway over the winter until I've paid it off but I'm sensing there's a whole other money-pit world of fun that I really should be into but am missing out on!  ;D
Going by the increasing trail projects it's a great time to be starting.

It really is and these trails are going to make it accessible to everyone regardless of skill or experiance. Then if you like it you can progress to the more extreme trails etc.

It's long over due here as we have been spending thousands going to Scotland, Wales and fuether afield to get trails like this. Now it's money staying in our economy.
