Photo Post Processing Tips

What tips does anyone have on Photoshop post processing. Also I really love the sepia overlays - are there any other alternatives?

Lightroom is far easier to get those results. All those landscapes I did were processed in LR plus I can give you hundreds of presests like duo tone, sepia, cross processed etc
