Folks, anyone walked the Moyle Way (Ballycastle to Glenariff)? Thinking about it as the year's first major adventure. It's a two-dayer, but any thoughts on where to break the journey and pitch tent? I was contemplating Breen Wood - doable?
Any advice gratefully received...

We were going to walk the Moyle way last year, but WalkNI advised us that a number of sections were flooded due to heavy rain.We done the Causeway Coast Way instead. The Ulster Way makes a great trail,so far we done quite a few-=Lecale Way,Newcastle Way,North Sperrin Way,Ring Of Gullion Way and The Sliabh Beagh Way which was the hardest to date.Day one on the Sliabh Beagh Way we covered 32 miles off wild country, awesome route.

Me and a phew others done it many years ago, I have no idea where we camped as it was dark by the time we got there. It was an amazing two days and I would highly recommended it.

As Wolf (hope you are well buddy) mentioned a few of us walked this a few years ago. Here are a couple of links to the NI Wild thread about it. It was quite a long thread so I hope I've picked out some of the main bits for you:
Photo of camp site and site on map (at bottom of page) (http://www.ni-wild.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=2881.30)
Photos of walk including the tents pitched at the site (http://www.ni-wild.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=2881.150)
It was a great walk and the site we camped at was very private, but not far off the track/route. Not somewhere with a view but ticked the box for what we needed. We stashed some luxuries/extra water etc. at the site before heading off since it was handy to reach from the car. It also meant with a Ballycastle start that we got well over half the walk done on day 1.
Hope it works out for you Martin and you get a crack at it.

This looks really useful, cheers mate. And I like the idea of stashing some supplies there in advance.
Aiming for early next month weather permitting. Will post pics...
