He did this last year

"The Northern Ireland Decaman involves an adrenalin pumping 2.4 mile swim and a 112 mile cycle followed by a marathon (26.2 miles) – each day for 10 days!"

For somebody who is Ironman fit at the startline this will be easily achievable in 36 hrs. Biggest enemy will be a trip, fall, twisted ankle in the dark. Also, if the map and compass on the kit list is needed then something will have gone seriously wrong.
After completing the Deca last year this is actually a tad tame. What the boys should have went for was a Deca Mourne Wall Challenge! Now your suckin diesel  ;)

But it is for a good cause and I will be supporting them with a donation. I know Bob Davison from way back and Tri Limits have raised a shed load of money for charity over the years.

would be good practise for the seven sevens, i'm interested in seeing how many i could do in 24 hrs, i reckon an absolute max of 8 but realisticly i think it would be 4 to 6, could vary the route a bit to relieve boredom

That looks like a great day out that 7/7's.
When is it run? Couldn't see a date for it.

Just a wee update to this, Keith started this yesterday (friday) morning at 6am and finished today at 3pm, no sleep and no rest, Slieve Donard a dozen times. Well done that man!

Well done that man, I was in Donard park today about half an hour before he finished so didn't get to see him but did meet his support team.

Well done to him, that is a considerable challenge to overcome, especially mentally.
