Well not long to go now Lenny, keep working them legs so you they don't stiffen up on you on the first day, i thought i was getting pretty fit lately but donard on sunday has left my legs aching, i don't have any stairs in my house or at work so my legs aren't used to climbing. Have you any more walks planned this month before you go?

Ok then, I'll bring my daughter who I'll end up carrying most of the way so that'll slow me down a bit

Anywhere you'd like to walk, maybe pierce's castle for a bit of geocaching or do you want to bag that elusive meelmore summit?

EDIT: have just been informed i have to attend a family christening on sunday

Lenny, Lenny, Lenny... I'm not letting you off the hook that easy.  Think how good you will feel having conquered Meelmore before setting off for Kili.  You've let Meelmore get the better of you too many times, but I reckon we should teach it a lesson this Sunday.

Once we get Meelmore sorted we can go for a bit of a ramble elsewhere, if it's training your looking for.

Let me know what you think.

I WANNA BE YOUR DRILL INSTRUCTOR... I'M GONNA CUT OF ALL OF YOUR HAIR  ;)
